The board of AutismAble is seeking to appoint 2 x Learning & Development Mentors to support and lead sessions across our our friendly and welcoming Specialist Education Provision.

|Working Hours||· We have 1 position available for 30 hours per week
· We have 1 positions available for 24 hours per week

The candidate will need to be flexible, as on occasion they will be required to attend important team meetings regarding student EHCP and support plan matters.
|Salary||LMSA Grade 1 – £18,319 pro rata
(Actual salary is £12,425.40 / 9940.32 There may be an option to increase hours subject to funding.)
|Holiday Entitlement||Holiday pay of pro-rota 30 days is included within salary. Holidays cannot be taking in term time.|
The successful candidate will be a creative, dedicated and motivated person with experience of working with learners with Special Educational Needs (SEND). They should have an entry level Teaching (Level 3 minimum) or an HTLA teaching assistant qualification or equivalent and be qualified to a minimum of level 2 or equivalent GCSE C / Grade 5 in Maths and English.
