Our purpose
To reduce isolation and champion the acceptance of differences by bringing neurodiverse people and the rest of the community closer together.
The ways we do this are:
- We support neurodiverse people to fully participate in society, safely build relationships and develop themselves.
- We increase the possibilities for neurodiverse people and contribute to the creation of inclusive communities.
- We help the community to become more accepting and inclusive of neurodiversity.
Our values
- Knowledge sharing – we will openly share appropriate learning and be a good partner to families, other providers, and society.
- Integration – of society and people with autism.
- Aspiration – we are ambitious for autistic people. We help them to define their goals and inspire them to achieve them.
- Community – our services are based around a peer community that we have built and continue to build.
- Societal change/self expression – we need this to truly deliver our vision. Integration has to be a two-way commitment.
