We recently heard from the Living Wage Foundation, recognising our continued commitment to the Living Wage movement, which has now helped put over £4 billion back into the pockets of low-paid workers since it began 25 years ago.

At AutismAble, we’ve always believed that supporting people starts with valuing people – and that includes our team.

Being a Living Wage Employer is about more than just pay. It’s about fairness, respect, and making sure the people who support our community every day feel supported themselves.

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do. Whether they’re running sessions, supporting group members, planning activities, or working behind the scenes to keep things going, their work makes AutismAble what it is.

As we continue to grow, this commitment remains an important part of who we are.
