“ I was diagnosed with Autism at age of 35. I did not understand what Autism was. I sent off many letters and emails to Autism organisations asking for advice. AutismAble were the only people to reply. I started going there for advice and did some short courses. Before I was diagnosed I was employed as a trainer in a Karate Club and it has always been my vision to start my own Karate Business, but I do not understand paperwork, insurance and things.
