We tailor our pathways and programmes to fit our member’s needs. We are flexible and adaptive in our approach, making sure we meet the learning needs and requirements of everyone.

We look at the whole individual. We know that every person is different, but we also know more than that; that every person with autism is different. While there are common traits that unite our members, we like to focus on what makes them unique, using their special interests, skills and abilities to maximise their potential. Here at AutismAble, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional, individualised support.
Upon referral, each member is assigned a Support Mentor who will work with them to complete their individual support plan. This helps us provide first-class support to all of our members.
We operate an open-door policy, and our members can access our onsite Mental Health First Aider at any time. We also self-fund additional learning hours to help maximise the potential for all members to achieve their targets or qualifications.
