What is our EmployAble pathway?
Unemployment. Isolation. Lack of opportunity. It is something that millions of UK adults diagnosed with autism and additional needs have been hit by for far too long. We exist to change that.
We host weekly workshops, teaching Employability Skills, Independence, Travel Training, CV Writing and Interview Preparation so our members can get on course for their desired future.
And, once a person feels safe and secure in their learning and is ready to be challenged, they can access real-life work experience, supported self-employment or paid or voluntary employment through Access to Work with our partner, SeaChange Cafe.
Who is the EmployAble pathway for?
Our EmployAble pathway is for those members who are ready to start progressing towards work, this is individually assessed and if a member is not ready we will make a plan on how they can progress towards this pathway.

For some of us, learning can feel more like a maze than a curve. Sea Change Cafe helps people navigate that learning journey, by providing a safe environment that is sensitive to the needs of our talented team.
It’s a space where students with bags of potential learn to express themselves, build new skills, and achieve their ambitions.
It offers our people the opportunity to grow through teambuilding, communication, food hygiene, and customer service skills. As well as taking part in a host of other learning and growth opportunities along the way.
