Our Neurodivergent Social Clubs are run by volunteers who are also neurodivergent and supported by AutismAble staff. They provide a safe space for members to come and socialise with friends (and make new ones!) while trying new activities.
Express Yourself
Express Yourself is a creative arts social club for young people aged 14-25 with SEND. The club meets every Tuesday from 4-6:30 at the Youth Hub. The first session is free, all other sessions are £5.00.

The Wonder Club is a social club for neurodivergent people aged 25+. They meet every Thursday from 6-9 pm at Sea Change Café. Activities include Arts and Crafts, Nintendo Switch, Board Games, Music, Quizzes, Themed Nights and more. The first session is free, all other sessions are £5.00.

The Brotherhood is open to anyone aged 25+ and runs every Tuesday, 3:30–4:30 pm at Westoe Crown Community Hub. Here, you can learn to DJ, produce music, and make some amazing friends along the way. We’re always on the lookout for new members, so if you love music, creativity, and hanging out with friends, come join the fun!
Groovy Girls
Groovy Girls is open to anyone aged 25+ and is your go-to spot for fun, creativity, and friendship! Sing your heart out in karaoke, get crafty with colouring and nail painting, or whip up treats in cooking and baking sessions. Whatever you choose, you’ll leave smiling, relaxed, and surrounded by amazing friends – come join the fun!
